Description
Bright, with fresh apple and ripe Riesling notes plus a hintof mineral slate. Crisp, elegant and fairly dry wine with lots of enticing flavour and a relatively moderate amount of alcohol. Food recommendation: All round wine. Goes well with a wide range of food from western style cuisine to Asian dishes but also excellent to enjoy by itself.
