TASTING PROFILE: ubdued aromas of baking spice, mocha and cedar slowly emerge from the glass. Made with Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, the full-bodied, concentrated palate offers ripe black plum, mocha and vanilla alongside close-grained tannins.
