Offering a blend dominated by Sauvignon Blanc (75%), supplemented by Semillon (23%) and Muscadelle (2%), the 2017 vintage of the Chateau Olivier white is one of the greatest challengers from the Pessac-Leognan appellation. Concentrated and intensely aromatic, the nose offers a superb bouquet on bright white peach and citrus notes, which give way to delicate fragrances of white flowers. On the palate, the attack vibrates with energy, coating the mouth with a dense and ample texture, stretching into a crystalline finish with a tasty minerality. A true success for Chateau Olivier, the 2017 White is definitely one of the greatest of this vintage!
