Description
Brilliant very pale straw almost water like core with a greenish tinged outskirts. Aromas of nectarine and citrus gently laced with dried honey are trailed by some subtle biscuity nougat and flinty notes. Fresh nectarine, melon and citrus flavours fill the medium bodied palate that has a slender mouthfeel. Traces of dried honey and faint gun flint underscore the fruit. Finishes dry with brisk acidity and a medium length conclusion.
