Cooking Instructios
– If your dough has been in the freezer, put it out for 5 minutes before baking. Make sure the dough has not melt yet when you put in the oven, but not too frozen
– Preheat oven at 180c
– Line your tray with baking paper or brush with oil/butter
– Cut your dough into 7 pieces. No need to roll into ball
– Put in the tray facing up
– Bake for 11-12 minutes. Keep an eye on them to make sure they are not too hard, because every oven is slightly different
– Leave for 10 minutes out of the oven before consuming. The cookie will slightly harden when you cool it for 10 minutes.
– Enjoy!
For order with nuts, we provide the nuts. After you have cut the dough, place it on the tray facing up, and press the nut gently into the dough. Then it’s ready to bake.
Important note: No need to roll the dough into balls. Cutting into 7 pcs is enough, so you can achieve that rustic look
