Color: Straw with lemon highlights. Very fine bead, medium mousse. Nose: Big toasty brioche & nutty notes here, baked lemon underneath. Palate: Round & pillowy soft palate, creamy, this has same nutty honeyed notes as nose, but balanced by very zesty lemon citrus.
