Campo di Tenaglia, 100% Cabernet Franc, emerges from a tiny parcel measuring less than a hectare planted on limestone. Intensely floral and saline, the 2018 is bright and vibrant from the first taste, all in a medium-bodied style that offers considerable appeal. Time in the glass brings out a whole range of savory and intensely mineral notes to complement a core of bright red-toned fruit.
